Award & Nomination Information

In partnership with the Colorado Leadership Alliance and the Denver Metro Chamber Foundation, the 9NEWS Leader of the Year Award, presented by TIAA-CREF, recognizes an emerging leader who has made a significant contribution to the wellbeing of the Colorado community. It is an investment in the potential of extraordinary individuals who, in the early stages of their careers, have demonstrated character and competence through their behavior and accomplishments. It is a focus on the future, and on the people who have shown promise to contribute to the success of our communities for many years to come. This award will be presented on April 5, 2007 at the Colorado Leaders Luncheon.

The 9News Leader of the Year Award, presented by TIAA-CREF, recognizes that leadership takes place in all aspects of our society. Therefore, nominations are encouraged from all areas of Colorado, from all parts of the community, and every walk of life.
