Denver, CO– This November, 9NEWS remained Colorado's News Leader. According to Nielsen Media Research*, KUSA won every head-to-head news broadcast, except one, coming in a close second at 5 p.m. Channel 9 was also the #1 choice of viewers from sign on to sign off Monday through Friday. Plus, a new report shows that 9NEWS.com is the top news website in Colorado.
"9News has launched many newscasts and products to provide our viewers with more choices and as a result we have consistently been the place that Coloradoans choose to get their news," said 9NEWS President and General Manager Mark Cornetta. "On KUSA-TV, KTVD-TV, 9News Weather Plus, 9News.com and m.9NEWS.com, 9News is the place to be for what's happening in Colorado. We also want to thank our viewers for making us their source for news and information and for helping to donate over 195 tons of food at our 9Cares Colorado Shares food drive."
This month, several in-depth investigative stories by the 9Wants to Know team and the 9NEWS Fraud Squad, plus a week long series on the dangers of lead-contaminated products made 9NEWS at 10 p.m. must see TV.
