Denver, CO– Whether it's morning, afternoon or night, 9NEWS is Colorado's first choice for news. KUSA won every newscast from sign on to sign off, even growing its lead during the all-important 10 p.m. newscast.
Adele Arakawa, Bob Kendrick, Kathy Sabine, and Drew Soicher helped grow 9NEWS at 10PM's rating 4.1%, when compared to May 2007. With a 10.2 rating, the team held a 3 rating point lead against its closest competitor, KCNC.

9NEWS continues to dominate the morning. Gary Shapiro, Kyle Dyer, Gregg Moss, Susie Wargin, Nick Carter, and Becky Ditchfield won at 6AM, with a 24.5 share. That's more than all of the other morning newscasts' ratings combined and three times more than second place–KCNC.

Finally, 9NEWS.com had an excellent month, with more than 35 million page views and 2.2 million unique users in May. That's approximately 20% higher than normal. Last week's deadly tornadoes helped create the surge. More than 500,000 unique users created 10.1 million page views and streamed more than 105,000 videos on Thursday alone, as they turned to the website for the latest information on the storms and the destruction.
