CENTENNIAL - New court documents filed in the Aurora theater shooting case reveal a 128-page mental health report on the suspect has been completed and is now in the custody of the court.
The documents indicate the report will remain suppressed from the public and available for review only by prosecutors and defense attorneys.
The report was written up by the doctors who evaluated suspect James Holmes while he was undergoing a sanity evaluation at the state's mental hospital in Pueblo. Holmes has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
Trial is still set for February 2014.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
