"I love food! I love life!" she says in the ad that will start appearing on Dec. 25, Weight Watchers announced today. Simpson says in the ad that she lost "over 50 pounds" on the program after giving birth to daughter Maxwell. "I had no idea I could be so in control and so free at the same time!"
Simpson, who wears cowboy boots, jeans and a loose plaid shirt in the ad, is shown driving a pick-up truck on a dusty road while the song 10 Ft. Tall, sung by V V Brown, plays in the background as part of the company's "Expect Amazing" campaign.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly has reported that Simpson is pregnant with Baby No. 2. Neither Simpson nor Weight Watchers has commented.
Weight Watchers also announced that on Dec. 25 it will debut an ad featuring Jennifer Hudson talking about how she has managed to stay successful in this "extra large, extra cheese" world. The ad was shot in a pizzeria, where Hudson could smell, see and, of course, eat her favorite pizza.
And still another ad featuring both Hudson and Simpson will premiere on Jan. 3. In that one, Weight Watchers says, Hudson and Simpson candidly reveal their personal lifelong weight struggles. While Hudson figured she was "just born that way," Simpson confesses she "was always on some new life-stopping diet."
When Simpson proudly declares how amazing she feels, Hudson - who has maintained her 80-pound loss - confirms that she should "get used to it."
