KUSA - During the holiday season many companies look for ways to give back to the community. This year, we hope you'll join the 9Cares Corporate Challenge. It's not only a great way to help Colorado's hungry, but a great way to encourage team work and excitement in your office.
The 9Cares Colorado Shares Corporate Challenge begins Oct. 14 and continues through Nov. 11. Companies compete against each other, trying to collect as much non-perishable food and money as possible.
At the end of the challenge, three businesses (one in each category listed below) will be honored during the live coverage of the drive, on 9NEWS.com and in a special commercial following the drive.
The best part is that there are no losers, since all of the food will go to food banks that serve the needy.
There are three categories in this competition:
-Small companies of 99 employees or less
-Medium companies of 100-999 employees
-Large companies of 1000 employees or more
