Good Samaritan Pet center is a "shelter alternative" for homeless animals through the Metro area. We are a network of foster parents who care for homeless dogs or cats until a permanent home can be found. Our mission is to promote healthy relationships between people and their pets. We strive to prevent animal abuse and abandonment and provide resources and support services to support these goals. Adoption fee for adult dogs is $90, puppies is $125, senior dogs over 7 years old is $75. Adoption fee for adult cats is $50 and $80 for kittens (under 9 months). The adopted animal will have received their first vaccination (FVRCP for cats and DHPPC for dogs). Younger animals will be spayed or neutered at Harrison Memorial Veterinary Hospital at approximately 20 weeks of age. Kittens/puppies will have been dewormed and will have received a veterinary examination. Adult cats will have been tested for FIV/FeLV.

Dreampower Ranch is located southeast of Castle Rock, Colorado, is privately owned and leased gratis to the Dreampower Foundation (TM). Dreampower Ranch (R) provides the setting for the P.A.A.L.S. program. The animals at the ranch come in all sizes and each has a story to tell - each is individual, precious and unique. The mission of P.A.A.L.S. is to provide hope and help to the abused and unwanted on Dreampower Ranch whether they have paws, hooves, fingers or claws. Support comes solely from donations. Most of the animals will be at the ranch for life. Some, however, may have a chance to be adopted to special homes. Such adoptions generate a small income. At Dreampower Ranch (R) senior animals reside and can interact with human visitors with opportunities for companionship, creativity and communication.
