DENVER - The Dublin, Ireland-based rock band U2 confirmed its North American tour dates on Monday and among its venues: Denver's INVESCO Field at Mile High.
Bono and the gang will ascend to the elevation of 5,280 feet for their Saturday, June 12, 2010 show. Tickets go on sale Nov. 6 at the stadium box office and at all Ticketmaster outlets, including Macy's stores, select FYE stores, the Cherry Creek Shopping Center's Guest Services desk, the Denver visitor's center at 16th and California Streets, Angelo's CD's and Twist & Shout.
Tickets for the all ages show range from $30 to $250.
The Denver tour date is the band's second on its North American itinerary, sandwiched between stops in Anaheim and Oakland, Calif.
U2 wraps up its 12-stop North American leg in New York City on July 19, then heads to Europe for 17 more shows.
