DENVER - They've been practicing since August, and Saturday night at 5:30 p.m., about 200 dancers were scheduled to perform the group zombie 'Thriller' dance at Skyline Park in downtown Denver.
Dancers have been learning the choreography at DanzArtZ Studios since August. 9NEWS stopped by the final practice session. Many were dressed in fully zombie garb.
DanzArtZ Studios is donating a portion of the profits from the Thriller class fees to Think360Arts.org, a Colorado non-profit that specializes in keeping the arts in schools (music, dance, theater, and art).
