The inaugural ball for Colorado's 42nd governor was held in two parts on Tuesday night. The first part was an old fashioned barbecue at the Fillmore Auditorium.
Guests enjoyed a feast of barbecue brisket, green chili and macaroni and cheese. Those there also got to wash it down with select Colorado beers and wine.

Entertainment included a number of local musicians like Hazel Miller.
But that was just the beginning of the party.
After the dinner, the party continued at the Ogden Theatre, just down the street. Once there, guests were treated to a special concert by Colorado's very own One Republic.
Also on the list to perform were Devotcka, who made it big with the soundtrack to the film "Little Miss Sunshine."
