Curried Turkey Salad Wrap

Serves 4


Ingredients


1/4 cup plain yogurt


1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise


1 tablespoon curry powder


1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and minced


1 pound cooked turkey, cubed (or use cooked chicken or canned chicken)


1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced thin


1/4 cup pecans, chopped


4 cups mixed salad greens


4 whole wheat tortillas


 


Directions


Combine first 5 ingredients in medium size bowl and mix well.  Toss 1/2 of the turkey with the dressing mixture until well coated. Add the remaining ingredients and toss again.  Use additional dressing as desired. Divide mixture onto 4 whole wheat tortillas (or flat bread) and roll up to enjoy as a wrap.


 


Per Serving: 390 Calories (or less depending on amount of dressing used); 14g Fat (31.1% calories from fat); 34g Protein; 34g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 81mg Cholesterol; 521mg Sodium.
