KUSA - Like NBC's The Office? Then you are going to love the new music video they've got. We took a look on 9NEWS 5 a.m.

"Male Prima Donna" is part of the show's online webisode series that is all about a girl group put together by the characters of Kelli and Kellie; in real life, actresses Ellie Kemper and Mindy Kaling.

Kaling directed the webisode series. "These girls are idiotic best friends, and they decide to put together a group called Subtle Sexuality, and of course, they need a music video," Kaling told us. The music video also features cameos from other Office characters, and everyone you see is actually singing.

"There's a touch of auto tune," Kemper explained, "but I think it's an amazing song. It's really catchy, like something you'd hear in the clubs." The costumes in the video include a bit of pirate gear. Kemper has a parrot on her shoulder, while Kaling sports a rhinestone eyepatch.

"Ever since Gwen Stefani rocked it with Eve wearing pirate costumes for her Rich Girl video, I kept thinking about how I could integrate this into The Office," Kaling said. "It's taken years!"

Since the video's debut, it has been attracting plenty of buzz. Check out the video for yourself below, and find more behind-the-scenes videos at:
