Ingredients:
-1/2 cup Brazil nuts
-1/2 cup walnuts
-1/4 cup sprouted blueberry flax powder*
-1/4 cup hemp nut seeds**
-1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
-1 scoop whey protein powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 cup organic almond butter
-12 dates, pitted
-1/4 cup agave nectar (or honey)
-1/4 cup organic chocolate chips
Directions:
Line an 8 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine Brazil nuts through ground cinnamon in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until the nuts are finely ground. Add almond butter, dates, and agave nectar (or honey) and process until mixture starts to stick together. Add chocolate chips and pulse until evenly distributed.
Pour ground nut mixture into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil or wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing. To retain freshness, refrigerate and store in air-tight container.
