Ingredients:
-4 cups cranberries
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup orange juice
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
-1/2 teaspoon orange zest
Directions:
Place cranberries a large saucepan with orange juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in the pears, cinnamon and orange zest. Cook for another minute, then cover and remove from heat. Serve warm or cold.
