DENVER - Experts say one way to save time and money during
the holidays is to actually travel on the holiday and return
shortly after.
However, if you cannot do that, many of the links below may
be able to help make your trip smoother.
Most people say they plan to travel by car this year. There
are many resources you may want to look into if you are hitting
the road during the holidays.
If you are flying, DIA expects huge crowds for the holiday
week, which could make things tricky for travelers. Click
here to read more about what is going on at DIA.
If you are traveling with gifts for others, the Transportation
Security Administration (TSA) wants to remind you not to wrap
them as security workers may unwrap them to check the contents.
The TSA wants to remind holiday travelers if they want to
bring a liquid in their carry-on, it must be three ounces
or smaller and all your carry-on liquids must be in a single,
quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. For more information
on TSA's security guidelines, click
