Dylan disappeared from his father's home in southwest Colorado on Nov. 19. The 13-year-old had arrived the day before for court-ordered visitation over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Thursday, investigators searched for evidence in Mark Redwine's home. The La Plata County Sheriff's Office has said he is not a suspect.

However, this week the boy's mom claimed that Redwine may have something to do with their son's disappearance.

He denies that.

"I think mom's lashing out because mom is thinking the worst," Mark Redwine said. "I think she's just looking for somebody to lash out to because in everybody's eyes, I was the last person to see him."

Redwine and his wife went through a divorce several years ago. There were accusations of domestic violence, according to court records.

Redwine told 9 Wants to Know that investigators have not brought up those past allegations. Redwine says he wants everyone to concentrate on the search for Dylan.
