Two of the latest attacks occurred on Tuesday in broad daylight.
At 10:15 a.m., police say the suspect approach a woman walking west on W 31st Avenue from Tejon Street pushing a stroller with two small children inside. As the victim reached the 2200 block of W 31st Avenue, the suspect ran up from behind and fondled the victim. He fled on foot southbound through the Vallejo and Wyandot alley.
At 12:20 p.m., a woman walking on Kentucky Avenue passed by a man standing in an alleyway between Gilpin and Franklin Streets. When she passed him he came out and fondled her from behind.
This follows similar incidents in August. Two women were fondled in the area of 4th and 5th Avenues and High Street in the middle of the afternoon on Aug. 21.
On Aug. 28 at around 7 p.m., a woman was also groped at the alleyway on West 37th Street between Newton and Osceola Streets.
The description of the suspect in all the cases is a 6'0" tall Hispanic male who's heavyset, bald and between 20 and his early 30s.
He was seen driving away in a black or dark purple Nissan Altima or Maxima four-door car with tinted windows and shiny rims.
