DENVER - Investigators believe the man they call the "Shaggy Bandit" because he looks like "Shaggy" from "Scooby-Doo" struck again on Tuesday.
The FBI now believes he has robbed 11 banks in Colorado and one in Arizona. They say he seems to prefer banks inside grocery stores.
Investigators think there is a second person waiting in a get-away car outside the banks, but at this time they do not have a description of that person.
He is described as a man in his late 20s or early 30s, he has a slim build, is between 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and has blondish hair. He may have facial hair and acne or pock marks on his face. He usually wears a hat and carries a backpack.
