AURORA - Police are looking for a man they say stole narcotics from a Walgreens Pharmacy in Aurora and possibly other pharmacies throughout the metro area.

According to Aurora Police, the armed man walked into the Walgreens on East Iliff Avenue near South Chambers Road on Sept. 27.

Police say after stopping briefly in the magazine aisle, he walked up to the pharmacy counter armed with a handgun and demanded narcotics.

The pharmacist complied with his demands and the suspect fled by running through the fire exit door.

The suspect is about 30 years old and 6 feet 3 inches tall. Aurora Police detectives believe he is responsible for other similar robberies in the metro area.

If you know who he is, call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867). You could be eligible for a cash reward.
