DENVER - Police are hoping a surveillance picture of a man they say fondled an underage rider on an RTD bus last month will lead them to a suspect.
Investigators say the man got on the Route 21 bus at East Illiff Avenue and South Quebec Street bus on Sept. 9.
Denver Police say sometime between that stop and the Colorado Center Drive stop he inappropriately touched a juvenile on the bus.
