NUNN (AP) - A Weld County judge has ruled that all the board members that govern the northern Colorado agricultural town of Nunn must face a recall election.

Chief Judge James F. Hartmann said in a ruling Wednesday that the recall petitions against Nunn's six town board members comply with the law, and a recall election should be held 90 days from Oct. 1.

Nunn's governing board is made up of seven members, but one of them resigned last month about a growing political feud that has snarled the town.

Hartmann made the ruling after one of the board members contested the validity of her recall petition.

About 500 people live in the farming town about 80 miles north of Denver.
