The Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/rhceAw ) that among the names are two firefighters who died of complications from exposure to fumes and the 9/11 rubble. New York firefighter Lt. Robert Hess spent two days at the World Trade Center pile following the 9/11 attacks. He died in May of last year.

Capt. Pamela Butler of the Colorado Springs Fire Department died in August of last year. Her death from cancer is believed to have been caused by fumes breathed in over her career.
Saturday's service marking the addition of the names included bagpipes drums and solemn prayers.
