At Centennial airport in Englewood, a group from the Colorado Aviation Business Association teamed up with Metro State students to collect food. Thirteen planes then dropped off the food and toys to Burlington, Trinidad and Montrose.

And in Aurora, hundreds of bikers took toys to Children's Hospital Colorado. The annual event brings smiles to brave faces during the holiday season.

"It just means a lot to everybody here and you get through your day a lot easier," Linda Kretzer, the mother of a boy who has lymphoma, said.
