The company sought the order after Lee Mulcahy of Aspen allegedly parked a trailer that held hand-painted signs criticizing company officials in front of the company's Aspen headquarters.

Mulcahy has had a long-running battle with the company after he was fired for protesting the company's pay for beginning instructors.

According to the Aspen Daily News, the company maintains he was dismissed for work-performance issues unrelated to the pay dispute.
