The suspect is a Hispanic male with a noticeable Spanish accent, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 5 feet 9 inches, thin build, wearing a dark, zip-front sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The suspect's facial features depict short dark hair - slightly receding - side burns, bushy black eyebrows, and scruffy unshavened face. The suspect also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck.

The letter carrier was standing next to his postal vehicle during the robbery. The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot eastbound from Delaware Street towards an alleyway.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service continues to ask the public for help in solving the Englewood robbery, as well as a previous Denver robbery that occurred on Dec. 17 when a letter carrier was robbed at knife-point near 22nd Avenue and Oneida Street. A reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of either robbery suspect(s).

If you have any information about either incident, please contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455 (select option 2).
