Police say Archuleta used a 40-caliber handgun, an AR-15 rifle, and a pump action shotgun that were purchased by Archuleta from licensed gun dealers.
Based on Archuleta's history there is nothing in state or federal law that prohibited Archuleta from purchasing or possessing these firearms, according to police.
Police have not determined a motive yet; they are waiting on a toxicology report.
