Sunshine and southwesterly winds up to 15 mph will help the warm up that will bring upper 60s and low 70s for highs. It will be the warmest day of the week, with a slow cool-off set to begin Thursday.
A series of storm systems moving in from the west will bring those cooler temperatures to the Front Range and a chance for mountain snow starting Thursday.
The first system will bring a chance for light snow to southern mountain areas through Saturday.
A second system moving in from the northwest will be more powerful and could impact Denver's weather next week. Snow will begin from that system Sunday night. If it makes its way onto the Front Range, we could see some form of precipitation as early as Tuesday morning.
Since the storm system is still several days out, the forecast is likely to change.
