FORT COLLINS - There's a large police operation occurring in northeast Fort Collins Thursday morning involving investigators in full HAZMAT suits riding an armored vehicle named Marv.

More than a dozen marked emergency vehicles are outside property on Vine Drive east of Timberline. Among the vehicles is the Larimer County Sheriff's SWAT van, a hostage/crisis team vehicle, and a HAZMAT truck from Poudre Fire Authority.

The sheriffs office said deputies were assisting in making an arrest but haven't released more details.

There are multiple deputies in tactical armor in the area, along with two armored sheriffs vehicles. One resembles a Humvee and the other is a low tank-like vehicle nicknamed Marv.
