BOULDER - A 24-year-old woman drove her car into the side of a convenience store on University Hill on Wednesday. She told authorities she was trying to park her car in the parking lot.

No one was injured. The store's counter was 20-25 feet away from where the car entered the building. The store is located near the corner of Broadway and Pleasant Street.

Police say the driver, whose adult sister was in the car with her, may have stepped on the gas instead of the brake. Police don't suspect drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.

The parking lot and store are closed while police conduct an investigation.
