"I didn't know anything about it the first time they did it, they've done it several times now," he said.
Morrison says he first found out about it from one of his children.
"One of my offspring lives on the East Coast. I was at home in California and my phone rang about 9 o'clock at night and there is a screaming woman on the other end of the phone," he said. "'You've got to watch SNL tonight. [She] wouldn't tell me why."
Morrison says he believes comedian Bill Hader's impression of him is very good.
"It was very funny, and at the same time humiliating and embarrassing and all the rest of it," he said.
"A couple of weeks later, I was flying on an airplane, they run NBC shows," Morrison said. "They're running a section of Jimmy Fallon and there he was talking about doing a skit of me and they ran a piece of it. I feel all the eyes on the airplane turn to look at this white head. I think the face was rather red."
