Management for the airline met with employees in the operations department to tell them the news on Tuesday.
In August, Republic Airways won the bidding process to take over Frontier as it emerged from bankruptcy.
In early November, Republic Airways announced it was moving at least 300 Frontier jobs from Denver to Milwaukee.
Frontier told the employees Tuesday that they would be offered their same jobs in Indianapolis and give them help in moving and temporary housing if they decide to take the positions.
The types of positions are dispatchers and engineers.
Employees who choose not to move and who are eligible will be offered a severance package.
