The futuristic house went into foreclosure in June and sold Wednesday at auction for $1.5 million.

Denver investor John Dilday bought it and reportedly plans to flip it to another buyer as soon as he can.

It got its "Sleeper house" name because it was featured in the 1973 Woody Allen comedy "Sleeper."

The home in Genesee can be seen by drivers heading into or out of the mountains on Interstate 70.

It was designed by architect Charles Utter Deaton for his family in the 1960s.
