Mary Roseanne DeWild is now being accused of accessory to murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of her boyfriend's sister-in-law in 2003.

A Jefferson County judge ruled there was not probable cause for prosecutors to charge Mary with murder and ordered the charges be changed.

Her now-husband, David DeWild, and his twin brother Daniel, are accused of killing of Daniel's wife, 30-year-old Heather Jean DeWild. She went missing in July 2003 and was found dead a few months later.

The three were not arrested until last December.

Investigators believe Mary Roseanne DeWild helped the brothers hide Heather DeWild's body after she was killed at the Edgewater home they group shared.
