The witness list was obtained by 9Wants to Know and was filed in court last Wednesday.
Sullivan is accused of trying to trade methamphetamine for sex with a male prostitute and remains out on bond as his case moves through court.
The witness list contains more than 60 names, including a convicted drug dealer who allegedly supplied Sullivan.
Timothy Faase was recently sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to drug crimes. Faase's neighbors have said they routinely saw Sullivan visit his apartment.
Two confidential informants are also on the list as CI# 1039 and #C1040. The informants worked with investigators during a sting operation in which investigators say Sullivan was captured on audio and video tape showing up to an Aurora home with meth.
The owner of the Triple C, a gay bath house in downtown Denver is also named as a potential witness. Sullivan reportedly frequented the establishment before his arrest.
About 40 investigators from all over Denver are also named as potential witnesses, including officers from the FBI.
"Sometimes you can gain a lot of information just by looking at a witness list," 9NEWS Legal Analyst Scott Robinson said. "The main point is that the prosecution has to put the defense on notice of who might be witness. If the prosecutors don't do that, they may not be able to call that witness at trial."
