KUSA - The 9Wants to Know investigators continue to dig up new information in the murder of Department of Corrections chief Tom Clements.
Suspected murderer Evan Ebel filed 40 prison grievances before he was released in January.
Ebel complained about unsanitary conditions and not receiving his mail. He was also frustrated with the same song repeatedly playing on the radio.
Ebel did not threaten anyone and records show most of the grievances were resolved.
Ebel died in March after a shootout with police, days after investigators say he killed Clements and father-of-three Nate Leon.
