KUSA - Representatives from the state and from Connect for Health Colorado held a phone bank at 9NEWS Wednesday to answer viewer's questions about the Affordable Care Act.

The 9NEWS Health Coverage Chat generated a lot of questions. Here are the three most-asked questions throughout the afternoon.

  1. "I don't have health insurance, how do I get it? Where do I start researching?" The answer is simple - experts say the easiest way to get information about the different options available is to visit or call 1-855-PLANS-4-YOU.
  2. "I have a pre-existing condition. How will this affect what plans I will be eligible for?" Experts say pre-existing conditions no longer matter. They will not affect your premium.
  3. "I have Medicare/Medicaid. Do I need to do anything different than what I'm doing now?" No - everything can stay the way it is. Many fear they will be penalized - but it works the way it did before.
