KUSA - A special kitten with special needs, six-month-old Noella, just might steal your heart.

Noella was brought to Evergreen Animal Protective League from the Grand Bahamas.

At first, she may not look any different than your average tabby kitten. She is happy and full of life, her foster family says.

Her favorite game is to steal her Chihuahua foster sister's squeaky toys and squeak them with delight. She loves to be held and carried everywhere.

Unfortunately, Noella does need to be carried everywhere for right now. She has neurological problems that prevent her from being able to walk normally.

When she first came to the EAPL, she scooted around on her belly and rolled when she needed to do anything.

Noella is doing better now, she's able to sit up and try her best to walk. She's almost there!

She has seen the specialists and there is nothing medically that can be done to help her, but the good news is Noella is not in any pain and doesn't let her challenge slow her down.

The EAPL is hoping someone out there would like to help Noella, possibly developing a device to help her move around more easily.

In the meantime, she is in need of a special family who can take care of her. She needs help at home to make sure she get to her food and litter box. Noella would love a family who can give her a warm lap to cuddle on.
