For six years, police have searched to find his killer.
Bruce Harrell stopped at the traffic light at Welton Street and 30th Street on January 11, 2006. He was returning from a Denver Nuggets basketball game. Minutes before the murder, his family believes he had picked up a friend.
A car pulled up behind Harrell. Two people go out and shot into both sides of his car.
He died on his mom's birthday.
"He loved people. He had a big heart and a kind spirit," Dianne Harrell, his mother, said.
After the killing, an anonymous person called police with credible information, but not enough to find the killer.
Police hope this person will call them back so police can get more answers.
