Denver Police say Vo called detectives on Tuesday and wanted to meet with detectives. According to police the vehicle, a silver 2002 Honda Civic hatchback, involved in the incident was recovered in southeast Denver.

Three people were struck in a parking lot by the vehicle after the suspect was involved in a fight inside the Maxim Lounge. Two of the victims, a couple, remain in critical condition. The third victim was in serious condition and talking to investigators on Sunday.

According to investigators the suspect left off after the fight, but came back and hit the three people who were not involved in the original fight.
