Police seek 2 men in Denver shooting spree

DENVER - Police are asking the public's help to find two men who were cruising around in a Cadillac and shooting at people on Denver streets.

Both shootings occurred in the Montbello area on March 12 between 8 and 9 p.m. The first shooting occurred at a bus stop, located at 44th Avenue and Dearborn Street.

The men fired from their car at three people waiting for the bus. About 10 minutes later, police say the same guys shot at five boys outside Escalante-Biggs Academy at 5300 Crown Boulevard. One kid was shot and injured.

Call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 if you have any information about this case. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $2000 for information leading to an arrest in the case.

Police describe the perpetrators as light-skinned black males, 15 to 20 years old. They were driving a 2000 to 2005 silver or gold Cadillac Deville.
