The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment is preparing to hire an Unemployment Insurance Customer Call Center Manager.
This position is responsible for the management of the Call Center and supervising staff as they answer inquiries and assist individuals in filing for Unemployment benefits.
In addition, you will plan, develop budgets and create staffing patterns, organize work units, and support the efforts of the Division's Management Team.
The closing date for this position is April 26.
Candidates must have a B.A. degree and 5 years of professional call center experience which includes at least 2 years of supervising/managing in a high-volume call center environment.
