KUSA- Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari got great news Friday, his ACL is not "broken."
"I had a unique recover after my first surgery," Gallinari said in a Facebook video post, and was subsequently translated to English from Italian. "I had a procedure called 'healing response.' My plans and my recovery timetable change totally."

Denver's second leading scorer awkwardly twisted his knee in a game against Dallas in April. He missed the remainder of the season, including the postseason and wasn't expected to return to the Nuggets lineup until February.
