KUSA - ESPN is reporting that Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller's appeals hearing on his four-game suspension will not be heard on Thursday as previously reported.
Miller is accused of violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
ESPN says Miller's case had "complications" that have results in the league and NFL Player's Association working to resolve on the player's behalf.
The NFL has not announced any suspension for Miller because his appeal is pending.
If he loses his appeal, he could miss games against the Baltimore Ravens, the Oakland Raiders, the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants.
