CENTENNIAL - Prosecutors in the Aurora theater shooting case are asking for the court to limit what the defense can talk about in court if a death-penalty sentencing phase occurs.

Several motions filed by prosecutors want the court to ban references to prison living conditions for people sentenced to life without parole and what effect an execution may have on the suspect's family.
The motions were filed on Aug. 16 but made public on Monday.
James Holmes is currently undergoing state-ordered psychiatric tests at a mental hospital in Pueblo after pleading not-guilty by reason of insanity.
The trial is set for February.
