CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) - Attorneys for a 24-year-old Centennial man accused of poisoning and dismembering his mother say they are not required to disclose all of his medical records.
Ari Liggett faces one count of first-degree murder in the death of 56-year-old Beverly Liggett.
Greenwood Village police officers say they found Ari Liggett in October driving around with his mother's remains in the back of an SUV.
According to the Denver Post, Liggett pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and a judge ordered Liggett to undergo a mental health evaluation at the Arapahoe County Jail where he is being held.
