DENVER - The Englewood and Denver Police Departments and the FBI are looking for Robert Estes, a man they believe is associated with two recent bank robberies in the Denver Metro Area. Estes is also wanted by U.S. Marshal's Service for escaping from federal custody.

Authorities believe Estes entered two US Banks, implied he had a hand gun, and fled.
The first US Bank is located at 1100 South Broadway in Denver. That robbery happened on Oct. 15, and it is believed that Estes fled that scene in a taxi cab.

The second US Bank is located inside a King Soopers at 101 Englewood Parkway in Englewood.
Estes is 59 years old, 6 feet, 4 inches tall, and about 170 pounds. Authorities say he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about the bank robberies, or about Estes, is asked to call the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force at 303-629-7171. To remain anonymous, call CRIMESTOPPERS at 720-913-STOP (7867).
