Snow was slow to fall Tuesday night and is expected to increase in volume and speed Wednesday morning, which will impact the morning commute.
Denver Public Works crews ran routes and were aggressive with de-icing materials Tuesday night, but drivers should still expect to experience snow-packed and icy conditions on Denver roadways Wednesday morning because of increasing snow. Crews will continue to plow and apply materials during the morning drive, but progress will be slowed due to rush hour.
