DENVER - Due to a burst pipe at Teller Elementary School in Denver, a few classrooms were extensively damaged and flooded.

Denver Public School officials assessed the damage Monday morning and decided not to cancel school due to the flooding since the pipes were already repaired.

Also, Sandoval Dual Montessori School is closed on Monday after a water main broke in the school. Given the extent of clean up and repairs needed, crews will be working through Monday to get the school read for classes to resume.

Sandoval hopes to reopen on Tuesday.
