KUSA - Strong winds and blowing snow may have contributed to reported crashes on Interstate 25 north of Fort Collins Tuesday afternoon.
The Colorado Department of Transportation closed both directions of the interstate from Wellington to the Wyoming border for two hours. It later reopened around 4:30 p.m.
The Fort Collins Coloradoan reported white-out conditions about 10 miles south of the Wyoming border.
