KUSA - Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker has been officially ruled out of Thursday night's game against the San Diego Chargers.

The Broncos released their final injury report Wednesday, and Welker is listed as out after sustaining a concussion during the game 13 win over the Tennessee Titans. It is his second concussion since Nov. 17 when he also sustained one against Kansas City.

Cornerback Champ Bailey likely will miss the game as well because of his nagging foot injury that goes back to the preseason. He is listed as doubtful.

"I think, being real honest, we may have rushed him a little bit. I don't know if he's completely ready. He's missed a lot of time this year," head coach John Fox said Wednesday after practice. "We just want to make sure. Down the stretch we are going to need him, and we just want to make sure he's completely ready when we put him out there."
